- Prices shown are weekly rental rates. Minimum rent is one week (Saturday to Saturday)
- Earliest arrival time
is 15:00, latest departure time is 10:00 (local time)
- 25% deposit is payable when your booking is confirmed
- Balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival
- £150 refundable breakage deposit will be required on payment of balance.

independent digital box. Ceiling fan. Built in wardrobes and side tables.

with shaving point.

Twin single beds. Ceiling fan. Built in wardrobes and side tables.

Bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and
hand basin with shaving point.

Fitted kitchen with breakfast
bar, built in oven and microwave, gas/electric hob, dishwasher, fridge
freezer, toaster and coffee maker. All cutlery and crockery included. Separate laundry
room with washing machine and
tumble dryer (accessed underneath the outdoor terrace).

Cable TV with access to all main English channels and Sky Sports,
DVD and video
player. Ceiling fan, Tosca log fireplace, and two large leather sofas.

Beautiful, large and child-friendly lawned garden with
shingle terracing rock boulders, railway sleepers, pine and fruit trees.
- The villa has central heating and is on mains
gas (rather than bottled) for longer, winter lets.
- Sorry, but the villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Maid service is on Saturdays.
- The pool is cleaned at least once a week.
