Accommodation
- Master bedroom: Queen size bed. En suite bathroom. TV with independent digital box.
- Bedroom two: Queen size bed.
- Bedroom three: Two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and side tables.
- En-suite bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin with shaving point.
- Main bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin with shaving point.
- Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has fitted units, breakfast bar, built in oven and microwave, gas/electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker and so on. There is a separate laundry room accessible from the terrace, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Living area: The open plan lounge has cable TV with digital box including all main English channels, Sky Sports 1, 2, 3, and more, DVD and video player, ceiling fan, Tosca log fireplace, and leather suite. A Tosca arch leads to dining area with extending table and six chairs; patio doors leads to covered naya.
- Naya: The covered naya has table and chairs for six people and leads onto an open naya.
- Terracing and pool: There is a large terraced area, surrounding the 8x4m roman pool with lighting. There are sun-loungers, a shower and barbeque on the terrace area.
- Landscaped garden: Garden is mainly laid to lawn, with shingle terracing rock boulders, railway sleepers, pine and fruit trees.

Important Information
- Prices are for hiring the villa (not per person) per week. All the dates above are weeks commencing on Saturday.
- Discounts are available for long lets. Long lets are available outside of the dates shown above. Please email us to discuss prices.
- Minimum rent is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Earliest arrival time is 15:00, and latest departure time is 10:00 (local time).
- 25% of the total amount will be payable on confirmation of the booking, with the balance required in full at least eight weeks before your arrival.
- A £150 refundable breakage deposit will be required at this time. All the prices shown are in Sterling.
- The villa has the added benefits of central heating and is on mains gas (not bottled).
- Maid service is on Saturdays.
- The pool is cleaned at least once a week.
- The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.
- No smoking and no pets allowed.
