25% deposit is payable when your booking is confirmed
Balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival
£150 refundable breakage deposit will be required on payment of balance.

Master bedroom
King size bed. TV with independent digital box. Ceiling fan. Built in wardrobes and side tables.
En-suite bathroom
Walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin with shaving point.
Bedroom two
King size bed. Ceiling fan. Built in wardrobes and side tables.
Bedroom three
Twin single beds. Ceiling fan. Built in wardrobes and side tables.
Main bathroom
Bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin with shaving point.
Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, built in oven and microwave, gas/electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee maker. All cutlery and crockery included. Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (accessed underneath the outdoor terrace).
Living room
Cable TV with access to all main English channels and Sky Sports, DVD and video player. Ceiling fan, Tosca log fireplace, and two large leather sofas.
Dining room
Large Tosca arch leads from lounge to dining area, with extending table and six chairs; patio doors lead out to covered terracing.
Covered outdoor terrace (naya)
The covered naya has table and chairs for six people and leads onto open terracing.
Terracing leading to swimming pool
Large open terraced area, with steps down to 8x4m swimming pool with lighting. There are sun-loungers, table with six chairs, a shower and barbeque on the terrace area. Amazing, uniterrupted views of surrounding National Park and Montgó Mountain. Steps down to large lawned area.
Landscaped gardens
Beautiful, large and child-friendly lawned garden with shingle terracing rock boulders, railway sleepers, pine and fruit trees.
The villa has central heating and is on mains gas (rather than bottled) for longer, winter lets.
Sorry, but the villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.
No smoking or pets allowed.
Maid service is on Saturdays.
The pool is cleaned at least once a week.
