Prices shown are weekly rental rates. Minimum rent is one week (Saturday to Saturday)
Earliest arrival time is 15:00, latest departure time is 10:00 (local time)
25% deposit is payable when your booking is confirmed
The full balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival
£150 refundable breakage deposit will be required on payment of balance.

1. The villa has central heating and is on mains gas (rather than bottled) for longer, winter lets
2. Sorry, but the villa is not suitable for wheelchairs
3. No smoking or pets allowed
4. Maid service is on Saturdays
5. The pool is cleaned at least once a week
